Your bracelet should arrive ready to enjoy. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or shows delivered but hasn’t been received, please contact us with your order number.
For damaged deliveries, include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
Not the right piece? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back for instructions and details of any applicable return shipping costs.
If your bracelet arrives damaged or incorrect, include your order number and a photo so we can help.
We want your bracelet to be a piece you treasure. If you notice a manufacturing defect in the clasp, chain, or medal within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement for confirmed manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper care are excluded.

Occasional splashes are fine, but we recommend removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, or using cleaning products. Dry it gently after contact with water to help preserve its finish, especially the gold plating.
The bracelet is suitable for everyday wear with proper care. Like any delicate chain, it can be damaged by strong pulling or snagging. Remove it before strenuous exercise and check that the clasp is securely fastened.
The bracelet measures approximately 6.5 inches (16.5 cm), with a 2-inch (5 cm) extension. The adjustable clasp lets you choose a comfortable fit. Both Gold and Silver have the same sizing.

Every piece goes through individual inspection before it leaves us. That takes time, but it means we're not sending you something we're not proud of. You'll get a tracking number within 3 business days so you always know where it is.
30 days from delivery. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free of charge. If you simply change your mind, you can return any unworn piece within 30 days. Returns ship to our workshop in Europe or Asia, and return shipping plus any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. We refund the product price once the return arrives and passes inspection.
