1. Prep Your Feet

Make sure your feet are clean and dry before use, so the separator sits comfortably against the skin.

2. Position Between Your Toes

Gently slide the Velmora Alignura™ into place so each toe rests in its own contoured channel. The soft SilkFlex™ silicone should feel snug but never pinching.

3. Start Slow

Wear it for about 30 minutes on your first day. This gives your toes and the surrounding muscles time to adjust to their natural position without strain.

4. Build Up Gradually

Over the following days, you can wear it a little longer as it starts to feel natural. Slip it on while relaxing at home, reading, or watching TV. It's slim enough to wear right inside your shoes, sandals, or clogs too, gently holding your toes in position with no discomfort as you go about your day.

5. Clean & Store

After each use, rinse with warm soapy water, pat dry, and store in a cool, dry place. The reusable design means it stays fresh and ready for the next day.

For best results, wear the Velmora Alignura™ for around 30 minutes a day. Most people feel relief within the first 7 days and see visible alignment over 30 days of consistent use.
